Expanding gate valve, gate using an expanding structure, it can force the seal manually. Excellent performance under high pressure, can be used in oil wellhead 2000psi to 5000psi, the christmas tree, x-mas tree and manifold systems.

Design Specification
Body and bonnet can be connected with bolt. They are sealed with metal to metal seals, which is reliable.
Valve adopts expanding plate structure and wedge can be opened manually and reseated automatically.
The surface between wedge and seat are dealt with nitride-treatment or overlaid with cemented carbide, which can realize good wearing resistance and corrosion resistance.
Valve stem is sealed with graphite packing, which is reliable and high temperature resistant.
Valve stem and body adopt metal to metal back sealing structure, therefore, sealing packing can be replaced when the valve is in line.
Packing box is equipped with injection valve. In case that there is leakage in packing, the second sealing can be realized by injecting packing mud with injection valve.

Bearing seat is equipped with special nuzzle used for lubricate bearing, which is convenient for on-site lubrication.
